When the money reaches your account

The 7-day guarantee, the payout schedule per method, and the R$10 floor.

A sale on Cool goes through three states before it becomes money in your account.

1. Paid

The customer paid and their access was released instantly. The amount enters your balance, but held.

2. In guarantee

The amount stays held during the guarantee window7 days by default, and you set it, per community. It exists for a simple reason: if the customer asks for a refund in that period, it comes out of money that hasn't reached your account yet. Without the hold, a refund would become a charge against you afterwards.

3. Available → paid out

Past the guarantee with no refund, the amount becomes available. From there:

Payout methodWhen it goes out
PixPer sale, as soon as it clears the guarantee
Bank accountIn a batch, every Friday
ManualOnly when you ask

Minimum R$10 per payout. Below that it accumulates for the next one — transferring R$3 would cost more than the amount.

Where to follow it

Under Sell → Payouts you see three numbers: what's in guarantee, what's available and what's already been paid out, with the date of each movement.
