Three different things, and it's worth separating them:
1. Your plan's subscription
What you pay for Cool. On Começo it's R$0. On paid plans, a fixed monthly amount.
2. The per-sale fee
A percentage of each sale plus a fixed amount per transaction. It drops as the plan goes up — that's how Cool gets cheaper the more you sell.
The current numbers for each plan are on the pricing page and in the summary on the home page. Both read the same source, so they never diverge.
3. The gateway cost
What the payment provider charges to process (Pix, card, boleto). It isn't Cool's revenue — it's the processor's cost, and it shows separately in your financial statement.
What shows in your statement
Under Sell → Payouts, each sale shows: gross amount, platform fee, gateway cost and net to you. That last number is what becomes a payout.
Seeing the three separately matters: when someone compares platforms by percentage alone, they're usually comparing a number that includes the gateway with one that doesn't.
