What you need to know before you start
Do I have to pay to start?+
No. The Começo plan is R$0/month, no card required. You only pay a per-sale fee when you actually sell.
What is the per-sale fee on each plan?+
Começo: 8% + R$ 0,49. Pro: 2,9% + R$ 0,49. Escala: 1,9% + R$ 0,49. Paid plans lower the percentage; the fixed part stays the same.
How and when do I get paid?+
Each sale is held for the guarantee window (7 days by default, set by you) so a refund never comes out of money you already received. After that: Pix pays per sale, bank transfer pays weekly on Fridays. Minimum payout R$10.
Can I bring students and content from another platform?+
Yes. Upload the CSV you exported from Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz or Monetizze and the AI reads the columns — no reformatting. If the platform is already connected under Integrations, you can import without any file.
Can I cancel and export my data?+
Yes to both. Members export to CSV from your panel, and the plan cancels in one click — no lock-in, no fee.
Does Cool replace a course platform?+
Yes. Courses, modules, lessons, student progress and a protected player live inside the same community your members already belong to.
How do WhatsApp, email and Cool Reach work?+
Email and WhatsApp campaigns go out from inside Cool, and every sale is attributed back to what generated it. Cool Reach watches for a keyword in your social comments, opens the direct message, collects the answers into the CRM and takes the person to checkout.
What can Sophia do without my approval?+
Read and suggest — nothing else. She summarizes, drafts replies in your tone and ranks what needs you. Sending, charging and publishing always wait for your click.
How are videos protected?+
The player carries a live watermark with the viewer's own (masked) email, and the file is served through a signed link that doesn't survive being copied out.
Can I use my own domain for the community or the blog?+
Not yet, for either. Your community lives at coolbases.com/c/your-name and your blog at coolbases.com/blog — both carrying your brand and your ads, but on Cool’s address. Custom domains do not exist today; we would rather say so than promise a date.
Does Cool work on a phone?+
Yes. Everything the owner does and everything the member does works on a phone — it is built that way first, not adapted afterwards.
