There are two screens in Cool, and mixing them up is the most common beginner question.
The community (/c/your-community)
What members see. The tabs at the top:
| Tab | What it is |
|---|---|
| Community | The feed: posts, comments, polls |
| Classroom | Courses, with modules and lessons |
| Calendar | Events and scheduled lives |
| Challenges | Goals with a deadline and participation |
| Members | Who's inside |
| Map | Where members are from |
| Ranking | Points and levels |
| Messages | Direct conversations |
| About | The public description |
As the owner you see two more: Panel (administration) and Hidden (what moderation removed).
The panel (/c/your-community/admin)
Where you administer. The menu has four fixed items at the top — the daily work — and five groups below:
- Fixed: Overview · Members · Requests · Opportunities
- Sell: prices, checkouts, coupons, promotions, upsells, receipt, payouts, affiliates
- Talk: email, WhatsApp, automations, welcomes, notifications
- Grow: insights, discovery, SEO, levels, languages
- Community: general, identity, invite, import, team
- Integrations: mentor, plugins, apps, pixels, API
The four fixed ones sit outside the groups on purpose: they're the daily work, and daily work shouldn't be one click deeper.
