The numbers that matter

Where to see revenue, retention and engagement — and which to look at first.

Overview

The panel's first screen. It shows the essentials: revenue for the period, active members, new this week, and the "What to do now" card.

That card is the only place in the panel that doesn't describe the past: it lists what can still be fixed today, in order of urgency — declined payments, members at risk, unanswered posts, newcomers without a welcome, draft lessons.

Each item has a "Got it" button. It silences that number until it grows — if a new payment fails, the alert comes back on its own.

Insights

Under Grow → Insights: series by period, revenue by product, coupon performance, traffic source.

Which to look at first

In this order:

  1. Who's waiting (a request, a support ticket, an unanswered post) — the only one you can still fix today.
  2. Recoverable revenue (declines, abandoned carts).
  3. Retention (at risk, cancellations).
  4. Growth (newcomers, traffic).

Starting with the growth number is the common trap: it rises while the base leaks underneath.
