Being found: discovery, search engines and the blog

What makes your community findable by people who don't know you yet.

Discover

A public community appears in Discover, Cool's showcase. Under Grow → Discovery you set the category, keywords and the line that shows on the card.

Search engines

Your community's public page is indexable. What weighs most:

  • a clear description on the About tab (that's what becomes the Google snippet);
  • a cover with good proportions (it becomes the card on WhatsApp and Instagram);
  • public content — if everything is locked, there's nothing to index.

Under Grow → SEO you adjust the search title and description.

Blog

Your community can have a blog on its own address. Articles are structured for search and for AI assistants — and the panel shows how many times ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot read each piece.

Languages

Under Grow → Languages you turn on automatic translation of posts, courses, chat and captions. Each member sees the community in their own language, in the same space — not in separate versions.

Custom domain

Doesn't exist yet — for the community or the blog. The community lives at coolbases.com/c/your-name and the blog at coolbases.com/blog. Both carry your brand and your ads, but on Cool's address. We'd rather say so than promise a date.
