Inviting help
Under Community → Team you invite by email and pick the role:

| Owner | Everything, including money and deleting the community |
| Admin | Almost everything, except what touches the owner's money |
| Moderator | Hide posts, approve entries, reply |

Moderation
Every post and comment has Hide in the (⋯) menu. The content leaves the feed and moves to the Hidden tab — visible only to the team, and reversible. Nothing is permanently deleted.
Reports
Members can report a post or a person. Reports reach the team with the reason. Severe cases (sexual content involving a minor, threats, incitement) escalate automatically to Cool's team.
Banning
Removes the person from the community. Their purchase history is preserved — that's a tax obligation, and it's also what protects you in a dispute.
The trail
Every administrative action is recorded with author and time. If someone on your team removes something, you can find out who and when.
