Sophia is Cool's AI. The most important question about her is what she can do without you, and the answer is short: read and suggest.
What she does on her own
- Summarises what happened since your last visit.
- Drafts replies in your tone, for you to review.
- Prioritises what needs you today, by the money involved.
- Answers members' questions from content you authorised (the Tutor).
- Writes help articles from support requests that were already resolved.
What always waits for your click
- sending email or WhatsApp;
- charging any amount;
- publishing in the feed;
- granting a discount;
- removing or banning anyone.
It isn't a technical limitation, it's a product decision: a misjudgement of hers in a reading you discard; in a sent message, there's no undo.
What she reads
Your community's content and the panel's numbers. In team-performance readings she receives numbers only — no conversation text, no email, no internal note. If the note doesn't go to the customer, it doesn't go to the model.
Turning her off
Under Integrations → Mentor you control what Sophia may use, and you can switch the automatic features off. She stops suggesting and the panel works exactly the same.
