Cool Reach: a comment becomes a tracked sale

The keyword in a comment opens the DM, files it in the CRM, and leads to checkout.

Cool Reach answers the question no other part of the product answers: where does the customer come from.

How it works

  1. You pick a keyword (say, "WANT") on a piece of your social content.
  2. Someone comments that word.
  3. Cool opens the direct message with them, in your tone.
  4. Their answers become a contact in the CRM.
  5. They get the checkout link.
  6. The sale comes back attributed to that post.

Step 6 is what changes the game: at the end of the month you open a table saying which of your posts produced how much revenue.

Connecting

Under Integrations → Cool Reach. You connect the Instagram account (via Meta) and create the first rule: keyword, target content, opening message.

What to ask in the DM

Cool collects whatever you configure. Less is more: name and email usually suffice. Every extra question drops the reply rate.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't reply publicly on the post and doesn't message anyone who didn't comment. The conversation only exists because the person started it — which is what keeps this inside Meta's rules.
