Export the buyer list from your current platform (CSV or Excel) and upload it here. You don't have to format anything: the AI reads the headers and works out which column is name, email and phone — even when they have odd names ("Main contact", "Cel.", "Electronic address").
The screen has step-by-step instructions for exporting from each platform:
- Hotmart — Sales → Sales report → Export
- Kiwify — Sales (or Students) → Export
- Eduzz — My Sales / Customers → Export
- Monetizze — sales report → Export
Directly via integration
If you've already connected the platform under Integrations, you can import with no file at all — Cool fetches the list through their API.
What happens to imported people
They join as members and receive (if you want) the welcome email. They don't have a Cool password yet: they get in through the access link the email carries.
The imported phone is normalised on arrival — that's what makes a WhatsApp reply find the right conversation later.
Duplicates
Importing doesn't duplicate: anyone already in the community is recognised by email and merely updated.
